I believe in "better together". Also, I believe in the power of having a community, where we learn from and inspire each other.
We want that connection and support, but it can be hard. Where do we find the right people to connect with authentically? We are all very busy with careers, family and private engagements.
Because of that, we struggle carving out time for networking. Evening hours, weekends and holidays are precious!
At the same time, we have new technologies at our hands: AI is augmenting human capabilities. You hear this everywhere, so you may ask yourself: wait, does it mean, MY capabilities too? And even if it can make us efficient and creative, what is an authentic way to combine with our human side?
Everyone is figuring it out as we go – there's no perfect playbook for this.
I know, that it's the sharing of our journeys that fuels me; the wisdom gained from each other's experiences is where I can grow.
So I was thrilled to co-create the “𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆!” at the Zürich Clubhouse of the Boardroom las week. And I knew, with the best Partner-in-crime, this just had to be fun!
Together with the brilliant Boardroom members, we agreed, that technology can definitely be a bridge to meaningful connections. There's room for exploring, experimenting, and learning by doing. We also know, that staying static isn't an option for any of us who want to thrive in leadership roles – we must grow our skills and our networks in this ever-changing landscape.
Has tech helped you build strong connections?
