WHAT'S THE BUZZ? ๐
We look into the buzz of tribes: how are they changing? And what does that mean for the company culture and how productive everyone is?

Tribes are like invisible bonds in teams, important in places where relationships go beyond work, such as family businesses or agile teams that work closely together.

Tribes are changing. They used to be mostly physical teams. However, as technology and remote work allow for alliances beyond borders, many tribes are connected virtually, often on a temporary basis. ๐

Tribes are moving us away from strict work structures to more flexible, value-based groups. Companies should tap into the potential of tribes - it's a chance for a more human-centric and amplified company culture. It's a solid road to creating a workplace that cares about people. ๐ค

Admittedly, my favourite! Tribe members are helping out each other, often going the extra mile. Also, saving significant management time. Most tribes develop organically. Could the deliberate support of tribes reshape company culture for the better?
โ My take: tribes have a huge benefit both on an individual and a company level. Are we able to harness this?
