Have we met?

Welcome back from your summer break! As I added quite a few new followers over the past few months, I would like to say hi, (re)introduce myself, and share a bit about the content you'll find on my profile.

I appreciate you taking the time to read my posts. I hope you've found the content valuable so far.

I’m Tünde, a change advocate, and as such, I drive transformation and innovation projects as a Partner at EY. Change is also a central part of my life. Before EY, I was an energy trader in Swiss and international utilities and trading houses.

In the past years, I put more effort into giving back—both to my peers and to those coming after me. I mentor younger talents not only in EY but also externally.

I also give back by speaking at events sometimes. I was fortunate to be a speaker at the Forbes Women Summit in Zürich on “Tech for Good”, some months ago. And just recently, I co-held sessions on "Tech-Driven Networking and Thought Leadership" for the Boardroom members and the EMBA students at the University of Applied Sciences (HWZ), both in Zürich.

I'm passionate about both innovation and gender equality, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to speak on these topics.

I look forward to participating in more events like these. If you're hosting an event and believe my perspective would be valuable, please don't hesitate to get in touch 🚀

When you see my posts on LinkedIn, you can expect the following topics:

1. Change

2. Innovation

3. Collaboration

The purpose of my presence here is to give voice to some topics I find important and bring about positive change through more relatable personal stories from my professional life.

I'm proud to be a co-founder of two non-profit initiatives focused on positive change:

#OpenDoorInnovation: We're building a platform to foster meaningful connections between corporate innovators and those seeking careers in this exciting field.

• Tribes At Work: We're exploring a new leadership model centered around supportive professional communities that empower individuals to grow and thrive together.

Recently, I got listed in the “Who is Who CX Community DACH”. Together with 500 other people from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we contribute valuable knowledge and a unique perspective to continuously improve the customer experience.

If you see my content, feel free to like, share, or leave a comment. Your engagement can make a real difference in helping others discover valuable content and insights.
